In First Grade I won a writing contest and got to ride in the Chief of Police's car in the Memorial Day Parade and that was it. I was hooked on writing. I'm still hooked many years (and about 100 books) later, thanks to my amazing readers.

Oh, wait, do you want some more recent accolades? (Understandable. First Grade was a long time ago.)

I've had two books on the New York Times Bestseller list (one in the top 10), nine books on the USA Today list, one starred Publishers Weekly review, a book in the top 15 on Amazon Kindle, and books in the top 10 on Apple, BN & Kobo.

But none of that matters unless I make YOU happy. I truly hope I do.
